Kumo charts FAQ

Are these crypto charts free?

Yes. Every chart and every indicator is free, with no sign-up and no account. Kumocast reads public exchange prices, so there is nothing to pay for.

Are the charts live?

Yes. While a chart page is open, the last candle moves with the live price every 30 seconds. The full history refreshes every 30 minutes.

Which indicators can I add?

Moving averages, the EMA 200, Bollinger Bands, the Ichimoku “Kumo” cloud, volume, RSI, MACD, Stochastic and Kumo’s support and resistance levels – each with a one-click button and a plain-words explanation.

How is this different from TradingView?

TradingView is a powerful pro tool with drawing tools, alerts and thousands of scripts. Kumo charts do less on purpose: a small set of the most-used indicators, one click each, explained in plain words, plus a reading of every indicator on four time frames under the chart. It is made for beginners who want to understand what they see.

Where does the data come from?

From public exchange prices: Binance, OKX and Bybit for crypto, with Hyperliquid as a backup; stocks, gold, oil, indices and forex follow 24/7 perpetual contracts on Hyperliquid (trade.xyz), Binance Futures and OKX. Each chart page names its source.

Can a chart tell me where the price will go?

No. Charts and indicators describe what the price has already done. They help you see the trend, the strength and the important levels – but nothing here is a prediction or financial advice.
